Returns and Delivery

 

- The customer had the right of withdrawal within 14 days after the delivery of the cargo without penalty without stating any reason (Except Earrings and Personalized Products). 

 

- To submit your return request, you can send an e-mail to [email protected] stating your order number, product code and reason for return, or you can contact us at Dear Victoria customer service at +90 545 445 1393. 

 

- We kindly ask you to pack the product you wish to return in the original box and packaging, together with the accompanying documents, as intact and undamaged as possible. Sending the product with its protective packaging will ensure that the cargo reaches us safely.

- If the product you want to return is defective, we kindly ask you to send us an information note on the subject. 

 

-After we receive the product, it is checked by our experts for compliance with the return conditions, and if no usage error belonging to the buyer is detected, a refund is made to your card. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days to see your refund on your card. Your refund will be made in the same way as you made your payment. 

 

- The shipping fee for returns and exchanges belongs to the buyer, unless Dear Victoria has a defect. 

 

- Personalized products are excluded from the right of return and exchange by law.


-Since the earrings are within the scope of hygienic products according to the distance sales law, the return will not be accepted as it is outside the right of withdrawal.
